Is there a way were I can set up a queue for call to a group that just sit there until a phone in that group is free? And while in the queue they can hit a number to leave a message?

You could set up a UCD group if you have an AA card or SVMi installed. The final destination could be set to a mailbox and the user could elect to leave a message by pressing a key during a message (but not during MOH). Seems like that would do what you're after.

You need a card called AA to get messages, music and the Q feature. Outside of that it's config done by someone that knows UCD, add AAPLAY and AARECORD on a phone to record messages and to review them.
