Ihave an OS 100 with 4 WIP phones over two WAPs that give complete coverage to my clients building. The problem that they've been having is when a call comes in none of the buttons work except for the disconnect button. It doesn't happen all of the time, however it happens frequently enough to bother them. I've come out and check the signal strength of the WAPs(looks good), I've checked to see if they have locked the buttons(they have not), and I've checked to make sure the phones are registered with the system(they are).
It only happens on incomming calls. Does anyone have any insight to this situation?
Thanks,
Rob

I only have two 100 systems out there that are using the WIP phones. No problems to speak of. Sounds like a signaling issue between the phones and the WAP though I'm not sure. Are there any wireless access points in this place for data or any onther wireless devices? You might have a conflict with the wireless acces points cuasing sporadic issues even though you have good signal strength. Try changing the channel on the access points and see if the problem goes away.
