We have a Samsung iDCS 100 system with SVMi-8E. We have two sister companies that share the same phone system. General calls for company A go to group 501. General calls for company B go to group 502.
I have a voicemail box setup for 501 and for 502 but would like to place a button on a few phones (28d) that allow that user to directly access the appropriate group voicemail. Ideally when that button is programmed the message indicator light will flash if the group box has a voicemail.
I am accessing the phone system via the OfficeServ Manager (idcs100 r2) software program. I am in the station key programming (722) but do not know which code/function I am looking for.

ie VG501 etc..
