Our phone system recently needed to be restored and some programming was lost.
We have a Samsung iDCS 100 system with SVMi-8E. In night mode, when you press option 2 you are supposed to be transferred to the group voicemail. It no longer does this so I need to know how to access that part of the programming.
I am accessing the phone system via the OfficeServ Manager (idcs100 r2) software program.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It sounds like what you need to access is the SVMi8 programming not the iDCS100.You will need to access the SVMi with hyperterminal and change the night menu for digit 2.

amitmrig, welcome to the board. Your request goes beyond user programming. You should call the company that installed your system for help at this level.
