Officeserv 500 is just installed tonight finished at 12:40 am and system is spuratickly? rebooting itself, any ideas, another problem is when you hit vmmsg it goes to main greeting, or if you press #212,etc. it goes to main greeting, too tired to think tonight, maybe somne of you are west coast,appreciate it

Were do you have you rcm card the first or second slot?
is this a mcp plus ?

put it in the top position I had the same prob forgot who told me to move it but it solved the prob....

Appreciate it when I called today I got dave again, who after I told him the problem again and waited for his response, said cough, clear throat, then I asked if moving it to the first slot would help he said yeah it has to be in first slot with plus, then when I tell him a tech or the internet told me, he said he had probably told that tech himself, but why after asking him on 2 occassions did he not mention it, hopefully this will save some of you some grief.

I talked to thomas and he told me i had a hardware Issue some were and break it down card by card to trouble shoot it ,Posted here and had it fixed on monday ........
