We have an iDCS 500 with four 16MWSLI cards in a local Middle School. Using single line phones with the message waiting lamps. We have had every card fail over the last 8 months. Still have a stuttered dial tone but the relays are failing and not light the message lamps. Clean cool space where the switch is located. Any ideas why this could be happening?

I have had that problem but with the old DCS phone
system. You should call Sanaung support so they know
and can track the problem
