Hi,
I am new to these forums, so please be gentle.
Would it be possible for somebody to help me out. We have a samsung dsc 816 uk version and I need to program external moh. I have wired it to bl/gr and gr/bl. When I try to get into the programming to switch on the moh the passcode has been set to something other than the default and the guy who installed it cant remember the passcode.
Any info would be most appreciated.

have you tryed using the customer programming code, trsf 200?
