A user cannot access her voice mail. The MSG light flashes quickly 5 times, then dark for a sec, then it repeats. She can access her mailbox normally, but when she presses '1' at the prompt to get her messages, it tells her that her mailbox is unavailable at this time. Nobody else is having this problem.
This phone system is from 1998. The hardware says it's a PROSTAR DCS (I have a programming manual for it), AND a CADENCE manual, both of which seem to apply. No idea what 'version' it is, other than it's from 1998. No troubleshooting manual came with this equipment. There is no CMU, as this phone system is ancient, so I cannot access it through Windows (that I know of). Resources are limited. The Google, it does nothing. I don't know what my next step is here.

I would suggest calling a local samsung repair/dealer in your area. If you are not well versed in the system programming and cadence integration, you could do alot more harm than good. plus it would be harder for a tech to straighten out.
