I have a customer that is going to be upgrading to an SVMi-8 HDD from an SVMi-4 CF. This particular customer uses the call record feature to save calls to/from their attorneys and then save them 'forever'. They have used up all of the record time on the SVMi-4, so our solution is to give them the SVMi-8 HDD with the longer record time, and we are going to set up the email gateway for them as well.

My question is: is there a way to transfer the existing messages from the SVMI-4 and move them over to the 8?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Nevermind. I think I have it. I copied files from the flash card from the SVMi-4 and then hooked up to the SVMi-8 via FTP. Moved everything over and it looks like it is operational, all the prompts and saved messages are there.

Thanks anyway
