How do you obtain updates for an officeserv 7200 from Samsung? I'm looking to update from 2.48 to 2.69. Are the patches downloadable from somewhere? Also, does a patch exist that goes directly from 2.48 to 2.69 or do you need to do it incrementally? If an incremental update is needed, can someone provide me each step of the version numbers that were released?
