We recently set up multiple DX80 phones for our office and for the most part they are working fine. There is one pressing problem I have not yet been able to find the solution to in either the manual or these forums.
When someone calls the office, the receptionist is able to transfer calls to everyone else. However, when the call is transferred to an extension, the call will simply ring endlessly and never get to their voicemail. On the other hand, if someone calls directly in with the extension and there is no transfer in the process the call will eventually get to the voicemail. Is there a particular option that needs to be changed for me to enable that the voicemail of those with extensions can be reached even after being transferred to?
Thanks.
