i just took on a customer with the samsung dcs 50si with a cadence voicemail system installed and we need to revamp the entire system however i cannot gain access to the cadence voicemail because the password has been changed by the previous vendor can anyone help in this situation we have the system programmed but the voicemail is locked out. Your help is much appreciated.

You'll need to call a certified samsung dealer to be able to do that. That is a really old product.

I'm sure it can be done but I've never seen it done or had the need to do it.

I worked on the cadence product all the years it was out and never had to reset the administration password. I think Samsung would know how to do that. I don't think it was something that dealers would know how to do. Problem is the product has been discontinued for years.

hey guys thank for the assistance and emails it really great that we have this forum ive been away for a few days but still havent resolved this issue. I have not been able to recieve my emails as im at home and will check my mail at work. i will post any new info when it arrives.
