Only one of my phones on Samsung Prostar 816 Plus Hybrid Key Telephone System is ringing.
They all rang before. Power went out. Does that matter?
What is the problem?

The battery on the backplane is bad. The system changed to a default state after it lost power. You will have to re-program it so different phones ring on incoming calls, set the date and time.

That's a pretty old system and may have defaulted after losing power. Check the Day Ring Assignment, by default all COs ring station 21.

816 ringing .
you will see the steps to correct .
Thats a very old system so the battery that holds the memory is dead.
Either add a battery back up to your system or call in a local service co to fix it.
