I tried do this, but system wrote "ethernet port is not available" What wrong?

you can do it using hyperterminal via the serial port using the rx and tx programs.
There is a document on the samsung web site detailing how to use hyperterminal to do this.

SVMI 4 or 4e does not have an ethernet port. The easiest way to back it up is to use a pcmcia flash card reader and copy it to your laptop. The one I use is made by SanDisk
