Has anyone experienced this? Tech Support had me default/reload, and that didn't make any difference (go figure).
I change the date/time to current and it never moves from what I set it too.
50% of the time when I change the date/time after logging out the minutes revert to 11 so the time would read hh:11 instead of the minutes I entered.
strange...

I have several OS100 R2 V2.66 in service with no date/time problems. Is this problem just at one site? Do you have other sites running v2.66?

Are you doing this via the software?
What happens when you do it via the keyset?

I have found that some changes don't take with OSM. It is better to set them with the keyset. Date and Time is one of those changes.

Yup, its ur database. Ive seen it a few times. Just default and u'll see that the clock starts tickin. Load ur db and it stops. The only other possibility is that your sMCP is defective, but ive seen it a few times on 2.66. Its ur db.

Ive seen a 7400 with clock problems replaced the MCP and fine.
It is also easy to corrupt yor database with the wrong version of OSM seen that a few times.

I am not using OSM to set the clock, OSM has never been used on this system until I used it to download the database.
I did default it, and even with the default database the clock was still stuck.
I'm going to send a tech out tomorrow with a new mcp card and see what happens.

We replaced the MCP and that seems to have fixed the problem.
although OSM wouldn't let me upload the database from the old 2.66 processor to the new 2.66 processor until I updated the new processor to 2.69...
