Hi All, Sold a trade in to my client (dcs w/ cadence) I think I just forgot something. I have incoming calls ringing group 501 w/overflow to 529. This works OK because I changed overfow to greeting in digit rules. The problem is I have day and nite operator going to group 505. because I changed digit rules to get 501 to overflow to main greeting my operator group does the same. I want it to overflow to mbox 505. I remember something about turning off no call progress in mailbox attributes but doesn't work. am I missing something???? Thanks in advance for your input.

Put your digit rule back to mailbox. Then do what FONEFXR said, in mailbox 501 change max msg to 0. For the recording of 501 mailbox say "Thankyou for calling" after it plays this it will dump the caller into your Main Menu Part 1 recording wich would be the rest of the main menu "If you know your parties extension...."
