Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums.
I have a 7 month old DCS-816 and need to access the tech programming. I do not know the code, as it isn't the default one in the manual.
The guy who installed the system doesn't live in the UK anymore. Was just wondering if any of you have any way of resetting the code.

You will need to contact Samsung Tech Support and have a certified tech onsite.
