I've been assigned the role of bringing a neglected phone system back to life and Tech-Support is new to me. Can someone give me some detailed instructions on how to communicate to a voice mail system (Panasonic TVS100) using RS-232C terminals and a Windows laptop? I read that I can use HyperTerminal, how do I configure everything? Is a null modem cable needed?
Is there a better way?

Thanks!
