I will need to upgrade the software on a svim8 in an officeserve 500.
This v\m is also the A\A for this company.
I would like to konw if there is anyone who has done this and do you lose the A/A prompts and menus.
Could someome also let me know how to go about doing this.
I have been a Samsung Tech for well over ten years but have never seen this or heard of this being done.
Thanks. help

You can upgrade the svmi 8 or any svmi without losing any prompts or settings including mbx recordings. If you contact tech support they can get you the upgrade file and also the instructions on how to do the upgrade.
