Have a 7200 with SVMi-20. Call comes in via DDI to voicemail. Voicemail plays Day Menu, caller enters either 1,2 or 3 to goto a direct ext (1 to 201, 2 to 202, 3 to 203). If the ext is on 'fwd to ext' the call gets cut off and it doesn't follow the fwd to ext.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply, but i think the problem lies with the voicemail itself. I went into port activity and saw this
=> 1) [MOD 01 Day] New call - Wed Sep 19 23:33:49 2007 =>CP 23:33.49.89 1) Collecting out of band data => 1) [MOD 01 Day] CODE = <DT> CID = <> FID = <3663> TRUNK = <701> => 1) [MOD 01 Day] Salutation => 1) [MOD 01 Day] Searching on Call Code - DT => 1) [MNU Forward Station] => 1) [MNU Forward Station] Searching on Forwarding party ID - 3663 =>CP 23:33.50.50 1) Key set to <> => 1) [MNU Forward Station] Searching on INVALID =>CP 23:33.50.50 1) Key set to <> => 1) [MNU Day Main] => 1) [MNU Day Main] Searching on Caller entry - 6 =>CP 23:33.51.71 1) Key set to <6> => 1) [EXT 01 EXT 206] Transfer to [EXT 01 EXT 206] - <206> =>CP 23:33.52.91 1) Using [STN On Premise] station block =>CP 23:33.52.91 1) Transfer consultation hold =>CP 23:33.52.91 1) Flash hook =>CP 23:33.53.96 1) DCS Dial: 206 =>CP 23:33.53.96 1) Call progress result: Answer - No supervision => 1) [EXT 01 EXT 206] Immediate release => 1) [EXT 01 EXT 206] Answered => 1) SVMi-20E hanging up =>
After the vm transfers the call to the ext it disconnects the call.

So I am a caller. I call in and am listening to the voicemail greeting. I dial a 6...What do I hear?
You need to check MMC 502 for all the extensions and make them all EXT FWD timer set to 1 second. That will be the first thing to do. Then, make sure that the station has in MMC 102 set for EXTFWD to 9 then the number. Depending on the system it might not have the EXT FWD field so you will put it in the All FWD field.
What kind of system is this?
