Equipment OfficeServ 7100 Sonicwall Firewall Open Ports 5000-5003 6000 6100 9000-9001 30000-30031 Problem: I am only receiving one way audio on the phone. Testing I have set the firewall to open all ports in both directions to the 7100. Same result.

You have not given enough information. IP's need to be set for private with firewall. There are also other settings.
Do a search in this topic for "port forwarding" the answers you seek are here for the taking :thumb:
Keep one thing in mind processor sets up and tears down the call. MGI does the talking

If i have audio issues but ports look like they are forwarded properly, i would put the public on the system directly to test and if audio is fine outside the firewall, then there are still port issues on the firewall. wrichey is right on too, gotta have IP phones setup for the scenario as well. If you have private only instead of Pub/firewall, then you would see your issue.

Make sure you do a cold restart on the phone system and the firewall. This has taken care of a ot of my problems along with WRichey's suggestion on the MGI and IP phone setups in the system.
