It seems on system the issue was the first call would show caller ID... every subsequent call after that shows the very first calls Caller ID.

We replaced the MCP with one from our inventory that had an earlier software release and this seemed to correct the problem. Not sure what the software release was, but I will try to find out.

Thanks a lot for all your replies, let me tell you that the 1st problem was that my customer only paying for CLI numbers. The PRI isn’t receiving names (as Sam Sung and wrichey mentioned) and he didn’t know. You know that happens some times with the customers. The second issue is the MCP2 with version (2.69) when you aren’t receiving names it doesn’t display correctly the information on the screen, always you will see the number and the “no cli name”, I am telling this’ cause as soon as I replace that version with a lower one (2.66) everything started to work properly (as Bob the phone guy mentioned) I am not receiving names (of course) but the screen display the CLI numbers and groups or trunks names.
