Does anyone know how to send an auto-alarm notification from the PBX to an email address or to an off-site phone when an alarm goes off? I've got the alarm light and sound on my desk phone, but would like an afterhours solution to go to a call center who can contact our escalation list for repair.

As far as I know this is not possible. The alarm button/ringing is the only way to be notified of an alarm on the phone system. The only way around it would be to have an IP or softphone running at the remote site with the same audible alarm button programmed on it.

Ben is thinking exactly the same me in regards to the remote IP phone.
You could have them be able view the alarm report remotely using WEBMMC or IT.
