I have a customer with SVMI 2e. We have an option in the main menu to press say 2 for service. This rings a group of phones, say 503. I need to find a way to overflow this to a mailbox after xx number of rings. Trying to overflow to an extension is not working.

You can overflow 503 to the SVMi-2 and in the menu block - forward station, forward trunk either let the call go to mbx 503 and put a vg key on the phone or direct it to an extn's mbx. You could even send it to a virtual extn's mbx and put a MW key on each phone, that way they do not have to be a member of the 503 grp and it can keep messages seperate from their personal extn. Anyway there are lots of options to achieve what you want to do. Hope this helps

There are no virtual ports on 816 unfortunately, so as Samsung Tech NZ said, use your FWD menu's and use a vg key.
