On the 7200, I have setup an extension 2310 for a user who is in the office half the time and out the other half.
Under SVMI, Open Block, Extension,and then the extension, then Dial Number, I put an outside number like 17032223234. When an outside caller calls in it works fine.
If an internal user dials 2310 it just rings instead of the pattern that outside callers get. How do I get this to also dial the external number.

You need to allow internal calls to be transferred to the outside. Are you a Tech? If so, send me a PM and I'll tell you where to enable that feature.
