Don't try to make changes to the MGI with OSM. Use a keyset to change the MGI IP address. Then cold bot the system for good measure.
As far as shots go,,duck. Seriously though I've never any sounds like that. Might be some kind of electronic interference.

Noise reminds more sound of falling and after that audibility in general somewhere on a floor of second disappears And the address on MGI16 I change through keyset ÃÅ“Ãχ831 and do restart in the same place then I disconnect all system And after inclusion all the same pinging on the old address I having this problem on other iDCS 100 in other location, becose I dont think about electronic interference

Its a little bit hard to understand exactly what you are saying but there was a bug on the iDCS 100 where if the IP was changed via OSM then it could not be changed again via OSM or Keyset.

Is this between 2 100 R2 systems both running 2.66? If so, is both MGI's the same software release? Sam Tech is 100% correct. To change the IP on the MGI you must do it via KMMC and yes it will disconnect the network connection. That is the only way to do it! Also check the MGI16 settings in the system software. You might also want to do a ping test to see the travel time
