I have installed an amanda/windows on a samsung 56/120 aa/vm it is working .The old starmail used to outdial on a centrex as one of the options in a mail box =ect hookflash,9,outdial number,hookflash to connect calling party to called party and drop system leaving caller to hang up when finished this I can not get it to do

That is a good question for the VM manf. The 56 can integrate to almost anyone that uses InBand signaling.

Amanda tech was no help, thay did let me update the windows ver. to portal [ for a fee ]that will do trunk /trunk trans I could not get a correct hook-flash out to the co centrex to do a auto three way call then drop out system phone, I changed both hook-flash timing and changed ports from aa to normal slt and about a million other changes

Can you hook-flash transfer from the slt port connected to the voice mail? Disconnect the voice mail port(s) and try the hook-flash transfer from your butt set. Make sure this is still working from the phone system port.
