I am setting up my first Samsung system and just have a few problems hopefully one of you can help me out. 1st of all it is a DCS Compact with a Starmail voicemail. I have 3 questions, the first being; how do I setup the system properly so that the Auto Attendant answers incomming calls after 4 rings during the day and directly to AA at night and play the appropriate greeting? The second is, I was able to get the AA to answer incomming calls and have setup a "menu branch" with option 1 to dial ext. 201 but when testing this extension 201 does not ring, I just get put on hold by the system and eventually just get routed back to the "menu branch" any ideas, this happens with all options 1 thru 8. Along with that when I press 0 in the AA my call gets rerouted to the "menu branch" as well, and I do have the 0 option to route to the operator group 500 which has all the phones assigned as members. Any help would be greatly appreciated, if you could just provide the appropriate mmc #'s and any little tips I should be good to go. Thanks.
