I have a Large Customer (Call Center) that has a few locations and they are looking for Call reporting software that will give good call details.
The systems are all OS500 L version. They all have between 4 and 7 PRI's and are running 2.72.
We tried one 3rd party application and we verified that it was off by about 1600 calls. So we need something more accurate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM me.

Rob, We have installed the hardware for the https://www.callcruncher.com folks a few times and customers (mortgage call center and a medical bill collection center) all seemed to be happy with them. The unit they use is an embedded Linux network interface device that sends all the KSU's SMDR records to their computer where it is available via a password protected and encrypted web site and laid out in organized columnar form. Last time I checked with them they still were offering a free trial I think, might check into it? Hope you get something to work out for you. - Herk
