Greetings, Customer moved from one carrier to another and now CLID doesn't work. It appears that there are no timers in DX80 that control the amount of time to wait for telco to transmit CID info, or any other variables in this arena. Is this correct? Cheers! Mike

That is correct. I've been down this road a number of times. The carrier should be sending the signal between 500ms to 1500ms after the first ring cycle. Unfortunately some of them send it at 500ms which many times doesn't work well.
Ask the carrier to send it at 750ms if possible.

That is exactly the trouble - carrier is sending RIGHT AT 500ms. Thanks for your confirmation. Mike
