I have a problem with a 5121D phone.
9 5121D phones connected to a 500 with 2.69L software. MGI2 card.

On one phone they will hang the handset up and the call will still be connected on speaker phone without them pressing the speaker phone button.

I thought that it could be a setting on that phone but I can't think of a setting that would cause this.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This issue has been resolved.
It was issues with the network causing the phones to do crazy things.
Thanks for the replys.

HEY.....Thats not fair. What was the problem on the network that was causing the phone to stay off hook. It would be great for our knowledge base. You can PM if you would like but the info can always be used by the field techs here.

Sorry,

I will have to check with the network administrator and I will post that info.
I know that the network was really slow during that time and the issue was with the T1 providor.
Many of the applications were having issues on the network also.

I guess that's a prime example of having all of your eggs in one basket when it comes to VOIP.
