I'm having an issue creating a forward for a group... Essentially, we have groups & extensions, like everyone else, nothing complicated. If someone doesn't pick up in that group, the Forward Station Menu, picks up, plays a recording, then returns the call back on hold for that group.. I can watch this through the hyper terminal, but I can't recreate it for a new group.. Can anyone help? I certainly can re-word or provide more details with anyone's reply.. This is my first post.. I don't know how long it takes to return a reply.. So, again, I'm here and will communicate with whomever, with whatever other specifics they may need to assist me.
Thank you.. EMS_Dom

EMS, welcome to Sundance Tech-Talk. We provide administration and end-user support in this forum. What you are trying to do requires technician level support. You could send a PM to any mod, admin, or member for off the board support. What about the company that installed your system? You could have them come in and show you how to set these up so you can do it in the future.

Thank you for your reply. I have found in the past on this site, direction to certain MMC's or similar technical assistance. That's what I was hoping to obtain. But, I may PM someone concerning this. Or, if someone reads this and would like to PM me, that would be great. As far as the company who set it up, well, they can and will, it is more of a timing issue.. The guys who take care of our system are great, it's just timing. They have some issues right now, and I thought I cut them some slack and do it myself, and obviously not wait the time they're asking. Quoting our technician, he states, he has the most confidence in myself, more than any other customer he has dealt with while being in the telecommunication industry. That is quite a compliment, but I also have such a background myself.. Anyway, I know there is one step I'm missing to finalizing the procedure.. I don't which to diminished the integrity of this very informal site, nor damage my rights as a member.
Thank you.
