We have a Comdial DX-80 set-up. We did have 3 incoming lines thru the phone company, each having their own voicemail box. We got rid of one of the incoming lines back in April. Here's my question. Is there a way when our 2 lines are in use to have an incoming call go right to voicemail or do we need to get another phone line from the phone company?
TIA, Tammy

Yes, it's all done with your local phone company on your lines. Give them a call and tell them how you want it.

The one thing I forgot to mention is we do not have voicemail thru the phone company and when both lines are in use the next caller receives a busy signal. This is still done thru the phone company?

yes , only the phone company can return a busy signal , just have them route it to a VM box instead
I usually recommend this to customers such as yourself with limited lines to avoid their customers getting a busy on incoming calls

OK, now the way you posted it sounded as if you had VM through the phone company, now if your Comdial has the vm then the answer is no, if lines 1,2 are busy the 3rd caller will get a busy if you have no 3rd line. However you can do as Skip mentioned and get it on your lines through the phone company.
