Anyone have a favorite Call Logger that works well on the OS7200 utilizing Digitial sets?
Customer has about 25 seats and their current call logging equipment is fading. Nothing real fancy about call stats but needing the ability to track down calls.

Do you mean record the voice or just the data?

Record ALL phone conversations.
I thought the DataView was having issues with inaccurate reports. Is that fixed?

Dataview cannot record phone conversation but IP-UMS will do that.

Bestboards - a system that would work for you is SonicView by Trivium Systems.
Samsung did a web conf call demo on it about a month ago. You can record straight across on the digital station side. Installation is straightforward. They will train you on it. Parts from what I can tell are the station interfaces (for you, two 16-port cards), and a USB connection to a server that is then accessed on the customers network.
SonicView SV Product Suite has the following components:
* SV Central: Software is installed on a PC/Server in the PBX room. Manages digital (04/16) and analog (02/04/08) recording hardware through USB port. * SV Studio (Plus / PRO): Sophisticated supervisor Search & Playback features; Scoring and Agent evaluation * SV Backup: Auto archive and manage large volumes of recordings to and from various media. * SV Agent: Agent desktop application with recording, search/playback capabilities and flexibility to associate notes with calls. User access and control over recordings and can be restricted at different levels for various levels of security.

If IP-UMS can record that many calls simultaneously, that is the first I have heard of it. It looks like it won't be around until the fall. Wouldn't it use the SVMi for recording? Sophisticated reporting/logging?

It was planned to be released this spring but i thing you're right about this fall since all the announced spring course have disapear off the technical training schedule.
