I have a DCS-816 and i cannot call station 217..the station can call internal and external but cannot take calls..why??

i have reset the dsc and it played ok..Now i have another problem..Can i connect my fax(isdn) on the DCS-816 and i can transfer the line when is a fax?My isdn number is both for voice and fax...(dorry for my poor english i am from Greece)
