I was wondering if anyone in the UK has had problems with call disconnect on the 7100 voicemail? When a call is forwarded to voicemail in night service and the caller hangs up,the analogue line and the voicemail port both stay locked for about 5 mins. On checking port activity everything looks ok apart from the call lasting 5 mins before it recognises the disconnect signal. The 7100 and the voicemail are both at default for the disconnect, but I have tried all settings to no avail. Any ideas what I :confused: should expect or ask BT to provide on the lines??

Get BT to set the Clear Disconnect Timer to 800ms

Cheers mate, after eventually finding the right person at BT got the timer changed and it works a treat
