This is my first time setting up a softphone. Im working with a 7400 w/webmmc. When I try to enter the license key in the required mmc and hit save it says "operation complete" but right underneith it it does not show the number of users allowed. Then when I leave and go back to it there is no license key entered. Any ideas would help, thanks.

You will always have to leave that MMC after entering the key and then go back in to see if it has been entered correctly. If your having difficulty using WebMMC then doing it manually through a phone is another approach that should work for you.

Do yourself and your customer a favor. Upgrade to 4.14k. Wow so much faster to program. 40 second download to save database verses 15 minutes.

I had to use a keyset to enter the license and use the 0 key for my dashes. After a few tries using the * and # key I finally got it
