I've got the KDBSLI card in a 24 button phone and plugged in a single line phone to it then plug in the deskset back into the system. The deskset works fine but nothing on the single line phone - no dial tone. Does it have to be programmed? Thanks.

what is the ext of the keyset? if it is 203 then dial 303 and see if the sli rings. You may need to check you dial number plan and make sure the numbers are seen. Other than that it should get a system tone when off hook. You might have a bad KDB. Or the ribbon cable is not seated.

If it's a DCS system remember that only stations in the main cabinet can have daughterboard cards in them.
