I have recently upgraded a 7400 with the new tepri software to solve the problem with accessing 07 numbers. The problem still persists. I followed the described method in Samsungs bulletin but I must have gone wrong somewhere. When I was sent the latest tepri software it consisted of 2 files, PR2_0731_V420.pgm PRI_V303.PGM Which one Should I have used ? The upload of the software seemed to go ok but when I tried mmc818 1 of the files says invalid data although the other 1 worked ok, although it took a good ten minutes to complete. Any ideas??

PR2_0731_V420.pgm is the latest for the TEPRI. PRI_V303.PGM is for the previous version of the TEPRI card. It will take a bit of time for the software to install.

On further investigation it seems there is a synch issue with the network. In alarm history I see the following relating to the slot where the tepri card is: MJD05 yellow alarm MJD01 synch failure MJA01 power on restart (after customer has powered off to resolve) This problem is intermittant but aprt from swapping the tepri card I'm not sure what to lok for.

Due to the dynamic structure of the board, we are making a few changes. The posts that are being moved from the installer’s section to the open forum have been deemed viewable for the public. There are a few caveats to these moves that also pertain to any future topics that you may decide to help with. 1. When posting a possible answer we request that you state facts not opinions. 2. When posting do not include any proprietary information. 3. When posting use this theory; provide information on what to do and not how to do it.
An example would be; in order for you to use the return call feature from the caller ID display. You need to use the least cost routing feature.
A bad example would be; in order for you to use the return call feature from the caller ID display. Go to mmc XXX and insert the digits needed. Then go to mmc XXX and XXX to activate LCR.
We still encourage the use of the PM feature or email if you plan on providing technical information that is above the user guide or admin programming ability. For the installer that has a technical question you can still use the installer’s category with out fear of your post being moved.
If you feel that a topic should not be in the open forum please make your request known to a moderator for that category. Include a link to the thread and your reasons for the request.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

If its a TEPRIa card you want to use pr2_xxx. It takes forever to flash and can get nervy on site after 5 minutes lol.
i've been using 4.21 on a few sites and had no problems, its on the support site and seems to finally solve the mobile bug.

as far as I know, 4.20 still has issues, go to 4.21 as this is working fine for me on about 50 sites.
