hello all,

site b is the remote site site a is the host
site b calls site a. site a then transfers the call to another station a site b.. no problem
site b calls site a, site a then xfers the call to another staion at site a.. call disconnects, and displays "hang up"
i have replicated the fault with an ip handset at my office.
icm ext fwd is ON
samsung are telling us to go to "site a" with another ip handset on the local lan and see what happens, which i'll have to do, but in the meantime any ideas?

update:
after site visit, it appears that it was just a gremlin that appeared for a short time.
all xfers worked ok, and customer reported to me that from the day after he raised the fault to me it had all been ok.
shame he didn't bother to tell me before going out there.
ho hum
