As I understand it, my customer's subtenant has pool keys on his phones and he wants to be able to directly select line 1 so that he can call forward incoming calls to an off-site answering service. David, I looked through the manual and found the code to grab a specific line group. But it returns a re-order tone which leads me to believe that all of his lines are programmed into one specific line group. At this point I'm going to tell him that he'll have to find a Comdial tech since I don't know how work on it. Thanks for the replies guys.
