This maybe a silly question. But is there a way I can make the default mailbox to another extension other than the main line. Basically I want all messages that are left to go to extension 205. Is there an easy way to do that?

You mean other than 201? Yes in the "day general delivery mail box" and again in the "night general delivery mail box"
