Is there a way to set the system so when it's put into night mode it dials straight to the Cadence AA. Basically all lines go to 529.

You said in a prior post that there were no dealers in your area. With a very short search I came up with a list for you. At this point you might want to contact one of the ones I listed here. It would be well worth the service call to have one come out and train you on the system you are using. As for the calls all ringing the VM. You need to set "trunk ringing" for day and night to the same group.

Connextions is a former Samsung employee and would be an excellant choice for help. Here is a response from him to you in another thread:
dalion I see by your post history that you have had ongoing "issues" since 2005 on the same system. You have also mentioned that there is no one in town that is willing to help you. Besides my company I can name at least one other company that would and could support you. Give me a call or shoot me an email and we can take care of these ongoing nagging issues. Tom

Alright this is what I have done? I have been working with this switch for the past 3 years. I have shortened the call group fall over to 10 seconds so the phone doesn't ring as much before it hits the Cadence. When I put the phone into night mode the phone was just ringing..constantly ringing. I thought that if you put it into night mode the system would automatically fall over to voicemail. As for talking to samsung techs in my area, I have not had very much success.
I am not too slow not to understand how the system works. I just want to be pointed in the right direction to program this switch. I have already reprogrammed it once. I'm not scared to do it again. Just some of the nuances of this key system elude me.
Thanks for any help.

I pointed you in the right direction. If you can’t get it from "set trunk ringing for day and night to the same group" then you NEED to call a dealer. Which I also supplied
Kevin I admire that you want to work the system yourself really. But the bottom line is we are not here to replace the guys in the field. Unfortunately you tried to hand off the idea that there were none in your area. One in your area is here on the board and tried to make contact. Today we know different, take it for what it's worth. You wont need to "reprogram the system" just make the changes suggested.
Apparently your "day group" overflows correctly and you have been in that location in programming. So you have the ability to make the changes needed. In prior posts to you, you were given the exact place to make the change.
IF you can't get it done call or pm "Connextions" and I am positive that you will be better off than you are today.

Thanks WRichey...I have spoken with connextions before and he's a great guy. I said that when I contacted the ones in the phonebook that said they were samsung techs. They did not want to touch my switch. That's how I found this board.
I appreciate all the help from this board. All of you are great.
Thanks, Kevin

It's sad to hear that a "Samsung tech" would not touch your switch. The system you have is bullet proof and programs the same as the newer ones do with the exception of the VM.
Unfortunately those that refuse to "touch" a product they should be certified on are giving said product a bad name. Not to mention the damage to their dealership via word of mouth. Not to include anyone on this board of course. The folks here are the best of the best.
You should be good to go with the info you have, enjoy. :toast:
