HI everyone! COuld someone help me about this matter? I have 3 os7100 with 4.21 installed: they are configured with RBT source. But 3 times a day the VM goes bad and calling you hear the line tone and no more the RBT source. With a reset the system goes fine, but after few hours is the same. Anyone has the same trouble?

I apologize in advance but I don't know what RBT source means however, I have had similar issues with the 7100 VM going bad or locking up. After upgrading the software (In the USA we aren't at 4.21 only at 4.14K)replacing the MP10 and MMC+ card I was recently told by Engineering that the 7100 has some "compatibility" issues with certain Teleco Routers. The solution ... Disconnect the LAN connection. So far "knock on wood" everything is running smoothly.
Just out of curiosity ... what does your Alarm report say on the 7100?

Hi, RBT means Ring Back TONE, just a king of music instead of tone, generated by VM. The problem is that I have no log about this matter, customer says that on the DS phone comes out the messagge VM Alert (k/p) and the problem arises.
Bye!
