Ok... I know I have a 5 license e-Mail gateway, on my SVMI-16e, in my iDCS500L-r2 system.

I have setup 5 different people with e-mail, stmp,and ENABLE'd Gateway for each of them.

I can leave a MESSAGE for them, and it is SENT to them as an e-Mail (wav file), ok..

Now.. I want to send them a FAX.

I see in the Day - Night Menu, the FAXCALL, but it isn't set to go anywhere yet.

How do I setup the FAX portion of this Unified system? for each person.

I have extra did's I can use to assign them for fax numbers.. and I can point those to their separate extensions ok..

But I don't get any FAX Tones from the svmi so I must be missing something..

Now with this e-Mail gateway (Unified messaging), I am able to setup say 200 extensions (with an unlimited license purchase) with the ability to get faxes delivered directly to their e-mail without intervention on anyones part, right?

What you're trying to do is beyond what is handled in the open forum. You may contact a Moderator or Administrator for support via PM. You might want to consider calling an installation company for some training from one of their techs so you can take care of voice mail programming in the future.

Sapphire you need to add on another 4 port voicemail with FAX option daughter card to your SVMi to be able to rec faxes. As CMDL_GUY has stated, the best people to contact about this is your dealer.
