I have a client that had nothing but Nortel in all of their locations up until about 2 months ago. They bought out another company that had a couple of Samsungs at the locations. I have never worked on a Samsung. I need to know the password for both the phone system and voice mail. I want to delete most of the names that appear on the phones since those people are no longer there and re-set one voice mailbox. Can anyone help me? It would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Paul

To change a name on an extension,
Go to the extension dial Transfer 104
Press Hold to erase what's there
reenter name using keypad

Press transfer when done.

Deleting or adding a mail box can be done from any phone, even remotely following the SVMI admin instructions.

Press your voicemail message key, then press star instead of your password, you will here the main greeting. Then enter the admin access( it is different depending on svmi or svmi-e) then the admin password. Choose option 2 and follow the prompts

The proceedure is in my post above, you haven't told us which vociemail have.
example:
SVMi-4 the code is #000
SVMi-4e the code is #0000
plus the password.
Do you have either of these voicemail systems?
