I'm having some trouble getting the right behavior for incoming co calls.
On this system they have three station groups: 5001: Just the receptionist 5002: the receptionist and 2 other people in simultaneous ring 5039: 4 SVMI20E ports in sequence (VMAA type)
In their normal operation, 5001 is the operator group, at night 5039 is the operator group.
The problem they initially had is that when the receptionist was on a call, a new call would just ring indefinitely and never go to the auto attendant. So I set the overflow timer and set the overflow port to 5039.
The problem now is that when the overflow happens, instead of going to the main AA menu, it goes to "the party you are trying to call is not available..." then you can get to the AA menu, but I really just want it to overflow to the AA menu to begin with.
I'm obviously going about this the wrong way. Any idea what I really need to do?

Sounds like the SVMi sees 5001 as an extension without a mailbox, otherwise it would be sending calls to a menu or a mailbox. From SVMi Admin delete user 5001 in Subscriber Administration.

I would go into forward station and set 5001 goto day main menu.
