Sorry to ask what must be an FAQ as my first post here... I've searched and found a few threads that cover this, but I'm still stuck.
On my OS7200 I'm just trying to set up a virtual station number that forwards straight through to an external number. I can't do it!
Firstly, as per advice here, I've visited 210 to set ICM EXT FWD: ON and 502 to set the timers for my station.
I can do it no problem with my own regular station:
* MMC 102 > 1 > My mobile no to program the number * I have an 'Ext Fwd' key assigned to FWRD1, press it to turn on forwarding - and voila it works as planned.
But I can't do this for the virtual extension (3501 in this case). I can set the external forward number correctly, but it just rings... how do I actually turn it on (as I do on my phone via the key)?
MTIA for any help... Matthew

I know on the 500, You can go to 102 when loggen in as Tech. Select the extension you want (Virtual Extention number) and select 1:Forward All (Right Soft key) select what you want to call (Right Soft Key) press Volume up for currently set yes (Right Soft key) and you've got it.
If it doesn't work, try to set it to forward to an internal extension and see if that works.
