Here's a scenario we'd like to rectify on our 7400. Any fixes would be appreciated.
I'm on the phone with Jeff and we want to conference in Mary but we have to wait for Mary to answer the phone before Jeff connects back in on the call.
How can we change settings so that I wouldn't have to wait for Mary to answer for Jeff to be on the call?
ie. I'd like to be able to push the conference button or another button and connect Jeff in while the phone is ringing.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Westcott

Wow... you're only talking about waiting a couple of seconds. What if Mary doesn't answer and you've already conferenced her into the call?

Where in the following should the 14 be dialed. I can't make it work?
