I have a client that use to open at 10am and now opens at 8am. The time setting on the voice mail is set to answer all calls immediately until 10am and then the phones themselves start to ring. I need to change the time to 8am. Can anyone help me?
Thanks, Paul

Paul, You have been asked in your previous posts which voicemail system you have.An answer would help us to help you! As for your question it could very well be the phone system that is controlling the voicemail "on/off" times. What system and version do they have?It could be as simple as changing the day/night or ring plan time settings.
